Required Skills & Experience 7+ years of experience Hands-on with Tanium for patch deployment and endpoint management. Hands-on with patch automation/process automation Experience working with vulnerability management tools such as Qualys. Basic knowledge of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) infrastructure, including Delivery Controllers, StoreFront, Citrix Gateway, and VDA servers. Good understanding of patch validation, server health checks, and rollback procedures. Knowledge of ITIL Change Management processes. Experience supporting large-scale enterprise environments is preferred. Success Measures Timely patch deployment across Windows and Citrix server environments. High patch compliance and vulnerability remediation rates. Successful Non-Production testing before Production rollout. Minimal business disruption and zero major patch-related outages. Effective coordination with application teams to ensure patching activities do not impact critical business services. Strong /demonstratable knowledge to automate the above actions
