As a Sales Coordinator in the steel industry, you'll support the sales team by managing administrative tasks, processing orders, coordinating with clients and internal teams, and ensuring smooth sales operations to achieve company goals. - Order Management:Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client specifications.
- Client Communication:Maintain open communication with clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates on order status, and resolving any issues promptly.
- Sales Support:Assist the sales team with preparing presentations, proposals, and other sales materials.
- Data Management:Maintain accurate and organized sales records, including customer information, order details, and sales performance data.
- Inventory Management:Monitor inventory levels, track stock availability, and assist with restocking as needed.
- Coordination:Collaborate with other departments, such as production, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless operations.
- Reporting:Prepare and analyze sales reports, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and identifying areas for improvement.
- Process Improvement:Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in the sales operations.
- Quotation and Payment Follow-up:Assist in generating quotations and follow up on payments.
- Attend Business Meetings:Potentially attend business meetings on behalf of the MD.
