Join Deloitte as a Specialist Deputy Manager, Client Account Management, and help translate account strategy into action across priority client accounts. In this role, you will support account leadership through account planning, pipeline and pursuit management, research, reporting, and operational coordination that strengthen client relationships and support profitable growth.
Work you'll do
As a Specialist Deputy Manager, Client Account Management, you will be responsible for:

Acting as a primary point of contact to drive and execute account initiatives, including pipeline management, pursuit management, account strategy development, procurement tracking, internal account operations, account team communications, client relationship management, and risk management

Working with account leadership teams, including the Lead Client Service Partner and Lead Business Partner(s), to develop and implement account strategies, support relationship plans, prepare account overview materials, organize account meetings, refresh annual account plans, and distribute marketing and eminence materials

Providing actionable insights, creating impactful reports, and leading initiatives that support ongoing revenue growth

Promoting and strengthening sales management programs, fostering cross-functional partnerships, and driving process enhancements to improve operational excellence

Supporting pursuits, CRM operations, opportunity reporting, pipeline accuracy, research deliverables, and industry and account insights to strengthen account decision-making and service delivery

Sharing knowledge and lessons learned across accounts to improve support consistency and bring forward leading practices

Leading practice development by managing multiple priorities, supporting onboarding and offboarding activities, and coaching team members through regular feedback and development support

More specifically, EA enables the business units to solely focus on satisfying clients and developing new products and services to sustain competitive advantage, while they consolidate and standardize a diverse collection of systems, processes, and functions. The team provides a wide array of services to the U.S and India professionals, and is continually evaluating and expanding its portfolio.

Qualifications
Required:

8-10 years of experience in account management, consulting, or business development

2-3 years of experience supervising teams

Full-time Master of Business Administration

Experience supporting account strategy, account planning, and client relationship management

Experience with pursuit management and secondary research

Experience using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint

Experience preparing reporting, analysis, or presentations in graphical and tabular formats
Preferred:

Experience in a professional services environment supporting client service, marketing, sales, or pre-sales activities

Experience with Salesforce Customer Relationship Management

Experience managing account operations, including pipeline tracking, procurement coordination, and risk activities

Experience creating executive-ready presentations and structured storyboards

Experience coaching team members and providing performance feedback
