Role Summary :
The Site Manager will be responsible for overall site execution, coordination, supervision, safety, quality, manpower management, subcontractor coordination, and timely completion of all construction activities for the PARUDEESA LIVING project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day construction activities across villas, apartment buildings, amenities, and infrastructure works.
- Coordinate with technical consultants, architects, structural engineers, MEP teams, and contractors.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Monitor project progress and achieve milestone targets within budget and timelines.
- Supervise site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and labor teams.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with construction standards.
- Conduct daily site meetings and weekly progress reviews.
- Monitor material usage and reduce wastage.
- Ensure implementation of safety procedures and site housekeeping.
- Coordinate statutory inspections and approvals related to construction.
- Prepare progress reports for management.
- Support planning and sequencing of works for smooth project execution.
Required Qualifications:
- B. Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in large residential/township/villa projects
- Experience handling multi-package construction projects above ₹30 Cr preferred
- Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing, infrastructure, and MEP coordination
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Pariyaram, Thrissur, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
