We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, handling inquiries, generating leads, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain company products/services and answer customer queries.
- Generate and qualify leads.
- Follow up with customers and schedule appointments when required.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or graduate degree.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, CRM tools).
- Previous telecalling, customer service, or sales experience is preferred.
- Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
