Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Software Sales Executive to promote our ERP products and services. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential clients through outbound and inbound calls, and supporting the sales team in closing deals. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a basic understanding of IT solutions.
Responsiblity:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce ERP products and services
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
Follow up with prospects and maintain a strong client database
Schedule product demos and appointments for the sales team
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
Maintain call records and regularly update CRM systems
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead targets
Deliver product demos and presentations to clients when required
Requirements:
Proven experience in telemarketing or sales (IT experience is an advantage)
Strong communication and convincing skills
Basic understanding of IT products and services
Ability to handle rejection and work in a target-driven environment
