Job Description
Ajanta Footcare (India) Pvt. Ltd. is looking for energetic and customer-focused Counter Salesmen to join our retail team at our Seoraphuli, Hooghly store.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Handle billing and cash transactions accurately.
- Maintain product displays and store cleanliness.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Support day-to-day store operations.
Candidate RequirementsEducation
- Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or above.
Experience
- 0–1 year of experience in Retail Sales.
- Experience in Footwear Retail, Apparel Retail, or any Retail Industry will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills are highly encouraged to apply.
Skills Required
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Customer-handling ability.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Knowledge of POS/Billing software will be an added advantage.
- Sales-oriented and target-driven mindset.
