We are looking for a responsible and hardworking candidate who is well versed in MS Office, billing works, and government contract documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily office administration and coordination
Prepare and maintain billing records and invoices
Manage documentation related to government contracts and tenders
Follow up with various government offices regarding approvals, submissions, and project updates
Supervise field staff and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
Visit labour sites and on-site workers for monitoring and coordination
Maintain proper reports, files, and communication records
Coordinate between office staff, site workers, and management
Requirements:
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience in billing and documentation work
Ability to communicate and coordinate with government departments
Strong supervision and follow-up skills
Willingness to travel locally for office and site visits
Basic knowledge of contractor or government project work preferred
Good organizational and time-management skills
Qualification:
Any Degree/Diploma
Prior experience in office administration or contract coordination preferred
