We are looking for an experienced Pharma Tender Executive with a minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical government tender management. The candidate should have hands-on experience in handling tenders through the GeM Portal and CPPP (Central Public Procurement Portal). The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of tender documentation, bid submission, compliance requirements, and government procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Search, identify, and monitor pharmaceutical tenders on GeM Portal, CPPP Portal, and other government procurement portals.
- Prepare, verify, and submit technical and financial bids within prescribed timelines.
- Manage end-to-end tender documentation including EMD, declarations, affidavits, agreements, certificates, and statutory documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments for pricing, technical documents, product information, and regulatory approvals.
- Ensure compliance with all tender terms and conditions before bid submission.
- Maintain records of submitted tenders, bid status, award status, and tender-related correspondence.
- Follow up with government departments regarding bid clarifications, purchase orders, and contract execution.
- Handle bid amendments, corrigenda, reverse auctions, and tender extensions.
- Coordinate for performance security, bank guarantees, and contract documentation whenever required.
- Prepare MIS reports related to tender participation and business generated.
- Stay updated with government procurement policies and tender guidelines.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical tender management.
- Hands-on working knowledge of GeM Portal and CPPP (Central Public Procurement Portal).
- Strong understanding of government procurement procedures and e-tendering processes.
- Excellent documentation and organizational skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Ability to work under strict deadlines and manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and regulatory documentation will be preferred.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or any relevant discipline.
- Additional certification or experience in government tender management will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
