Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the Managing Director’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, letters, and other correspondence on behalf of the MD.
- Prepare reports, presentations, memos, and official documents.
- Maintain confidential files, records, and sensitive information.
- Coordinate communication between departments, clients, suppliers, and external partners.
- Screen visitors and prioritize requests and inquiries.
- Monitor office supplies and ensure smooth office operations for the MD’s office.
- Assist in planning company events, conferences, and executive meetings.
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties as assigned by the MD.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Executive Secretary, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills.
- Professional appearance and conduct.
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting senior executives or directors.
- Knowledge of office management procedures.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with virtual meeting platforms and office equipment.
Working Conditions
- Full-time position.
- May require occasional overtime or travel coordination outside normal working hours.
Salary
- Competitive and based on qualifications and experience.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
