Core Role: Organic Growth + Content Distribution
Primary Responsibilities
- Content Calendar & Strategy (Reels, Posts, Stories): Plan and maintain a structured
weekly calendar. Ensure a strategic mix of Educational (Industry insights), Authority (Success stories), and Engagement (Polls/ Q&As) content that drives traffic to the profile.
- Platform Growth (Instagram & YouTube): Drive consistent growth in reach and followers by optimizing formats (Reels/ Shorts), posting times, and retention strategies.Focus on increasing profile visits and "Save" rates.
- Trend Spotting & Execution: Monitor trending audio, formats, and competitor moves daily. Adapt relevant trends quickly while maintaining brand professionality to keep Skillversity relevant in the 2026 digital landscape.
- Brand Vibe & Visual Identity: Oversee the visual "vibe" ofthe pages, ensuring high-energy content and high-authority visuals are consistently represented across the feed.
Secondary Responsibilities
- Production Coordination: Lead the workflow between presenters and editors. Manage shoot schedules, provide clear storyboards, and ensure final edits match the planned hooks and transitions.
- Organic Campaign Launches: Support major launches by creating "Hуpe" sequences in Stories and countdowns to maximize awareness.
- Behind-the-Scenes (BTS) Capture: Regularly capture raw footage of campus life for secondary instagram pages workshops and student interactions to feed the "Authenticity" pillar of the brand.
- Engagement Monitoring: Monitor comments specifically to identify "Hot Leads" (people asking for prices or contact info) and immediately flag/forward them to the sales or performance team.
Qualification & Experience:
- Graduation in any discipline
- 1–3 years of experience candidates are preferred
