Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with 2+ years of experience in SaaS and IT environments to create intuitive, scalable, and user-centric digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of product design, user behavior, and modern design practices, with the ability to translate complex requirements into seamless and engaging interfaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand product requirements and translate them into user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
- Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for web and SaaS platforms
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality user experiences
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve product design
- Maintain and contribute to design systems for consistency across platforms
- Optimize designs for performance, scalability, and responsiveness
- Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs
- Continuously improve user experience based on analytics and user insights
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in SaaS or IT products
- Strong portfolio showcasing SaaS/web application design projects
- Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices
- Experience designing dashboards, workflows, and complex data-driven interfaces
- Knowledge of responsive and adaptive design
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks (preferred)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Familiarity with design systems and component libraries
- Exposure to B2B product design
- Understanding of accessibility standards and UX writing
