- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the full hiring lifecycle, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and facilitating new-hire orientations.
- Employee Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, conflict resolution, and grievance handling. Conduct fair investigations into workplace complaints.
- Performance & Talent Management: Assist managers with performance evaluations, goal setting, and employee development or improvement plans.
- Compensation & Benefits: Oversee benefits enrollment (like health insurance or retirement plans), assist with payroll processing, and address employee compensation queries.
- HR Compliance & Administration: Maintain accurate, confidential employee records using HR Information Systems (HRIS). Ensure company policies align with local and federal labor laws.
- Offboarding: Coordinate exit interviews, manage final paperwork, and assist with smooth transitions.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
