Role & Responsibilities: Build relationships to drive Fixed Deposit (FD) and Recurring Deposit (RD) growth. Pitch high-interest schemes, secure new client memberships, and handle deposit mobilization campaigns. Conduct field-level marketing and network with local retail customers/businesses. Requirements: Experience: 1–3 years in NBFCs, Co-operative Societies, Chits, or Banking sales. (Freshers with strong communication skills may apply). Education: Graduate or Plus Two with marketing aptitude. Skills: Excellent sales track record, regional market knowledge, fluent Malayalam. Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
