Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Strategy, Planning, and Enablement
-
Develop and implement a global Business Media strategy (including social media, SEO, GEO) aligned with communication and marketing goals

Align and coordinate business media activities across central, business, and country units
-
Act as an internal enabler, supporting BUs/SUs with social media and SEO best practices
-
Monitor trends and updates on platforms and technologies (e.g., LinkedIn, AI, GEO)
-
Support campaign planning for trade fairs, including managing content calendars and planning tools
Content Management and Publishing

Manage and oversee content creation and publishing from internal stakeholders across relevant platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, X, etc.)

Coordinate the phase-out of Percolate and introduction of a new publishing tool

Ensure content quality, brand consistency, and regulatory compliance
Community Engagement and Brand Reputation

Monitor interactions and support community management in collaboration with Bosch SO
-
Serve as the point of contact for business media-related issues, including crisis response, copyright matters, and internal social media behavior

Manage Bosch Rexroth’s Google Business Profile
Analytics and Performance Measurement

Track performance and develop reports using tools such as Power BI
-
Define KPIs, set benchmarks, and optimize strategies based on data insights
-
Conduct annual reviews to ensure proper access and compliance on social platforms
Collaboration, Governance, and Training
-
Organize and lead monthly business media community calls for BUs, SUs, and relevant stakeholders
-
Provide training on business media usage, SEO, and AI-supported workflows
-
Coordinate with compliance, legal, and IT security (e.g., embargo topics in cooperation with DC/FTO)

Support audits and reviews for business media activities across the organization
AI Integration and Workflow Automation
-
Drive the integration of Agentic AI workflows using tools such as n8n or Make.com
-
Explore the potential of GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) to improve visibility in AI-driven search environments
-
Advance the use of AI in content generation, optimization, and process automation
Qualifications
-
MBA (Marking) with Graduation in Engineering is preferred
-
Proven experience in social media and SEO management, ideally in a B2B or corporate context
-
Deep understanding of digital platforms, SEO, GEO, and AI technologies
-
Familiarity with tools like Power BI, Percolate (or similar content planning tools)
-
Knowledge of automation tools such as n8n or Make.com is a plus
-
Strong communication skills in English; additional languages (particularly German) are a benefit
-
Strategic thinker with a proactive and collaborative working style
