Key Responsibilities-
1) Manage and maintain MIS reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
2) Handle Channel Partner (CP) data, onboarding records, performance
reports, and documentation.
3) Coordinate with CP clients for data updates, issue resolution, and
operational support.
4) Manage ERP entries, data validation, transaction processing, and report
generation.
5) Ensure timely and accurate data updates in the ERP system.
6) Prepare dashboards, analytical reports, and business performance reports
using Advanced Microsoft Excel.
7)Perform data cleaning, validation, reconciliation, and maintain high
levels of data accuracy.
8) Support SHDC-related operational processes, reporting, documentation,
and coordination.
9) Generate ad hoc reports and provide management with actionable insights.
10) Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Finance, and other stakeholders to
ensure smooth information flow.
11) Maintain proper records while ensuring data confidentiality and
compliance with company policies.
