Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive with 3+ years of experience to plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness, generate quality leads, and support business growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, digital marketing, and client relationship management skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute online and offline marketing strategies.
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google Ads, email, and other platforms.
- Generate qualified leads for software training programs and IT services.
- Coordinate promotional activities, seminars, workshops, and educational events.
- Manage the company's social media accounts and ensure regular content posting.
- Work closely with the design team to create brochures, posters, banners, videos, and other marketing materials.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with colleges, corporate organizations, and business partners.
- Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead conversion and customer engagement.
- Organize branding activities and promotional campaigns to increase company visibility.
- Maintain marketing databases, CRM records, and campaign documentation.
- Track marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
- Represent the company at educational fairs, exhibitions, networking events, and conferences.
- Continuously identify innovative marketing opportunities to increase brand reach and student enrollments.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing.
- Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and SEO fundamentals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Creative thinking with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools is an advantage.
- Good analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certifications in Digital Marketing are an added advantage.
- Experience in the Education, IT Training, or Software Services industry is preferred.
