About the Role
Expadore Travel Solutions is looking for a dynamic and sales-focused Short Haul Travel Sales Executive / Manager to manage holiday sales for high-demand short haul destinations.
The role focuses on converting travel inquiries into confirmed bookings by understanding customer preferences, suggesting suitable destinations, and closing profitable sales. Operational handling, booking execution, and supplier coordination will be managed by the internal support team.

- Domestic premium destinations across India
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end sales for short haul holiday packages
- Manage incoming leads and convert them into confirmed bookings
- Identify new clients through active sales and follow-up
- Understand travel requirements, budgets, and preferences
- Suggest suitable holiday packages, hotels, flights, and experiences
- Prepare quotations and customized itineraries with internal coordination
- Negotiate pricing and close bookings profitably
- Maintain strong follow-up discipline
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
- Build repeat client relationships
Required Skills
- Minimum 1–2 years experience in travel sales
- Strong knowledge of short haul destinations and holiday trends
- Good communication and sales closing ability
- Quotation and itinerary understanding
- Basic Excel, CRM, and email communication skills
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience selling international short haul packages
- Existing customer handling experience
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Immediate joiners preferred
