Job Objective
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented SEO Executive to improve website search engine rankings, increase organic traffic, and enhance overall online visibility. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with SEO strategies, analytical tools, and performance optimization techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Plan and implement effective on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Optimize website content, meta titles, meta descriptions, URLs, and internal linking structures.
- Perform technical SEO audits and coordinate with the development team to resolve technical issues.
- Build high-quality backlinks using ethical (white-hat) SEO practices.
- Monitor keyword rankings, website traffic, and overall SEO performance.
- Analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and other SEO tools.
- Identify opportunities to improve website visibility, user experience, and search rankings.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to optimize website pages and blogs.
- Prepare weekly and monthly SEO performance reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated with Google's algorithm changes, SEO trends, and industry best practices.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Applications, IT, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or similar SEO tools.
- Knowledge of technical SEO, website audits, and performance optimization.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of content optimization and SEO copywriting.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website structure.
- Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Experience with local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple SEO projects simultaneously.
