HR Executive
Role Summary
Responsible for managing and analyzing organizational data with a primary focus on MIS reporting (80%), including preparation of dashboards, reports, and data tracking. Additionally supporting HR operations (20%) such as maintaining employee records, attendance tracking, and coordination for payroll and recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
· Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
· Handling large datasets in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas)
· Creating dashboards and trackers
· Data analysis for management decision-making
· Maintaining accurate databases (employee, attendance, salary, etc.)
· Generating reports for HR, finance, and operations
Maintaining employee records and documentation
· Attendance and leave tracking
· Assisting in payroll inputs
· Supporting recruitment coordination (interview scheduling, follow-ups)
