Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Statutory Audit Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in statutory audits and a solid understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). This role involves participating in audit planning, coordination, scoping, and handling the audit of the Financial Statement Line Items (FSLIs) assigned.

Responsibilities: Participate in audit planning, including the coordination and scoping of audit activities.
Handle the audit of assigned Financial Statement Line Items (FSLIs), ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards.
Ensure that all financial reporting complies with IFRS or applicable standards.
Assist in the execution of statutory audits, ensuring timely and accurate completion of audit processes.
Handle all audit queries related to statutory audits and IFRS compliance.
Prepare and maintain detailed audit documentation and reports, ensuring they meet regulatory and company standards.
Stay updated on the latest developments in IFRS and statutory audit practices, and contribute to the continuous improvement of audit processes.
Provide technical accounting guidance and support to the finance team and other departments as needed.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification is preferred.
Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in statutory auditing and financial reporting, with a strong focus on IFRS.
In-depth knowledge of statutory audit processes and IFRS.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and apply complex accounting standards.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues across different departments
