Montessori Trainer / Montessori Teacher Educator
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Montessori Trainer to train and mentor teachers in Montessori principles, methodology, classroom practices, and child-centered learning. The trainer will conduct engaging training sessions, demonstrate Montessori activities, and support teachers in developing effective classroom practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Montessori teacher training programs and workshops.
- Explain Montessori philosophy, principles, and teaching methodology.
- Provide practical demonstrations of Montessori materials and activities.
- Train teachers on classroom management and child-centered learning.
- Guide teachers in preparing Montessori classroom environments.
- Demonstrate presentations and proper use of Montessori materials.
- Observe trainees and provide constructive feedback.
- Prepare training materials, lesson plans, and activity resources.
- Assess trainees' understanding and practical skills.
- Mentor teachers and support their professional development.
- Stay updated with modern early-childhood education practices.
- Maintain a positive, supportive, and professional learning environment.
Required Qualifications
- Montessori certification / Diploma in Montessori Education.
- Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education is preferred.
- Prior experience as a Montessori teacher or trainer.
- Strong knowledge of Montessori philosophy and methodology.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to conduct practical demonstrations effectively.
- Passion for working with educators and young children.

Experience
2–5 years of experience in Montessori teaching/training is preferred. Candidates with strong Montessori expertise and practical classroom experience may also be considered.
