Job Description: Advocate – Corporate Legal

Position Overview
Aimlay Pvt. Ltd. is looking for dynamic and experienced Advocates to join our Corporate Legal team. The role involves handling drafting, litigation, and legal representation across various forums including High Court and international platforms.
We are hiring for two profiles: Mid-Level and Junior Advocate.
1. Mid-Level Advocate (7+ Years Experience)Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting legal documents, petitions, applications, agreements, and notices
- Handling litigation matters and representing cases before High Court (HC)
- Preparing and filing applications for international forums
- Providing legal opinions and strategic advice on corporate matters
- Managing end-to-end case handling and client coordination
- Ensuring compliance with legal procedures and documentation
Requirements:
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in drafting and litigation
- Strong experience in High Court representation
- Exposure to international forum applications/drafting
- Excellent communication and legal drafting skills
- Strong understanding of corporate legal frameworks
2. Junior Advocate (2+ Years Experience)Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in drafting legal documents and case preparation
- Supporting litigation matters and court proceedings
- Conducting legal research and documentation
- Coordinating with senior advocates and clients
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in drafting and litigation
- Basic understanding of court procedures
- Good communication and analytical skills
