Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and communication-skilled Admission Counsellor to handle student inquiries, lead follow-ups, counselling, and admissions. The candidate will be responsible for guiding students regarding courses, career opportunities, and the admission process while ensuring maximum lead conversion and student satisfaction.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Follow-Up
- Handle incoming leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and walk-ins.
- Regularly follow up with interested students and parents.
- Maintain lead data and update inquiry status in the system.
- Convert inquiries into successful admissions.
Student Counselling
- Counsel students regarding courses, career opportunities, fees, and training programs.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Provide accurate information about course structure, certifications, placements, and career scope.
- Address student and parent queries professionally.
Admission Process
- Guide students through the admission and enrollment process.
- Assist in documentation, fee collection coordination, and form filling.
- Ensure smooth onboarding of newly admitted students.
- Maintain admission records and reports.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
