Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a ZSM. The role focuses on driving growth in the security and surveillance solutions segment by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and delivering customized solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Acquire new clients and generate leads
Onboard new vendors and suppliers
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
Manage the complete sales cycle and achieve targets
Prepare proposals, contracts, and agreements
Coordinate with technical teams for solution design
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports
Requirements / Qualifications
5–7 years of experience in Sales / Business Development
Experience in security solutions / IT infrastructure preferred
Strong understanding of surveillance systems and system integration
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to create proposals and deliver presentations
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (technical background is a plus)
