Job Title: Student Relationship Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Student Relationship Executive to build strong relationships with students, guide them through our programs, and ensure a positive student experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, counseling abilities, and a passion for helping students achieve their career goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle student inquiries through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
- Counsel prospective students regarding courses, training programs, and career opportunities.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into enrollments.
- Maintain and update student records in the CRM system.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students throughout their learning journey.
- Coordinate with trainers, academic teams, and management to address student concerns.
- Conduct orientation sessions and assist with onboarding activities.
- Track student attendance, progress, and feedback.
- Support placement and career guidance initiatives when required.
- Organize student engagement activities, workshops, and events.
- Ensure timely communication regarding schedules, assessments, and program updates.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on admissions and student engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in student counseling, admissions, customer relations, or educational sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
