We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our growing EdTech team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting educational products/services, generating leads, meeting students and parents, conducting counseling sessions, and achieving admission/enrollment targets.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong convincing ability, and a passion for sales and education.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned locations to generate leads.
- Promote EdTech courses, training programs, and educational services.
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses and career opportunities.
- Conduct field marketing and offline promotional activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions and prospects.
- Follow up with potential leads and convert them into enrollments.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain daily reports of visits, leads, and conversions.
- Coordinate with the internal sales and support team for smooth onboarding.
Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing techniques.
- Ability to work independently and in the field.

- Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate / Undergraduate can apply.
- Prior experience in EdTech, field sales, counseling, or B2C sales preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.
- Must own a smartphone.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
