QA/QC Engineer

Job Summary
We are seeking a QA/QC Engineer to oversee quality assurance and quality control activities for residential and commercial real estate projects. The candidate will ensure that construction work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with quality standards and project specifications.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks for civil, structural, and finishing works.
- Verify materials received at the site and ensure they meet required standards.
- Prepare and maintain QA/QC reports, inspection records, and documentation.
- Identify non-conformance issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and site engineers to maintain quality standards.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and industry best practices.
- Participate in internal quality audits and inspections.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Experience in QA/QC within real estate, construction, or infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of construction quality standards, testing procedures, and site inspections.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project documentation.
Preferred Skills
- Attention to detail and quality-focused approach.
- Strong site supervision and reporting skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with project teams.

Location: Kolkata
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
