We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Telecaller to join our growing call centre team. The ideal candidate will act as the primary voice of AgriWings, connecting with farmers, Village Level Entrepreneurs (VLEs), and prospective clients to promote our drone-spray services, handle inquiries, and drive bookings through our mobile app.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound & Inbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential customers, farmers, and channel partners to introduce AgriWings' drone services and handle incoming inquiries.
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Qualify leads, explain the economic and safety benefits of agricultural drone technology, and assist clients in booking services or registering on the AgriWings platform.
- Customer Support & Coordination: Provide accurate information regarding service packages, pricing, schedules, and franchise opportunities. Coordinate with field operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Query & Grievance Handling: Address customer questions, resolve concerns professionally, and provide timely feedback.
- Data Management: Maintain clean and updated logs of daily calls, customer interactions, and lead statuses in the CRM/database.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily/monthly targets for call volumes, lead conversions, and customer satisfaction metrics.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass or graduation in any stream.
- Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience as a telecaller, customer support executive, or in a sales role (prior experience in agritech, rural marketing, or call centers is a strong plus).
- Language Proficiency: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and regional languages (e.g., Hindi, Punjabi) to connect comfortably with farmers and local partners.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy (MS Excel, CRM tools, and mobile applications).
- Soft Skills: High patience, strong persuasion skills, active listening, and a customer-first attitude.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
