Position: Senior Accounts Executive (E-commerce Brand)
Location: 4th Floor, 150, Udyog Vihar Phase-1, Gurgaon - 122016.
Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience
CTC: Up to 4.5 lakh per annum
Qualification:
1. Graduate in any stream.
2. B.Com in qualification & prior experience in an accounting firm will be an added advantage.
Role: Manage & perform day-to-day finance activities.
Job Responsibilities
- Timely preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, ISD) across multiple states, along with quarterly TDS return filing.
- Making TDS computations and filing TDS returns.
- Ensure accurate implementation and adherence to all applicable government compliances within the organization.
- Perform monthly reconciliation of creditors’ and debtors’ accounts to maintain financial accuracy.
- Prepare and manage MIS reports to support internal financial analysis and decision-making.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets and related documentation.
- Strong understanding of government compliances and statutory regulations.
- In-depth knowledge of taxation, including GST and TDS.
- Proficient in Tally and advanced MS Excel functions such as Vlookup, filters, and pivot tables.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
