Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive who will be responsible for acquiring new recruitment clients. The ideal candidate should identify companies with active hiring requirements that already work with third-party recruitment agencies and onboard them as JobsMato clients.
Key Responsibilities (KRA)Client Acquisition
- Identify companies with active hiring requirements across various industries.
- Generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, networking, referrals, and cold outreach.
- Target organizations currently working with third-party recruitment agencies.
- Schedule meetings with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Managers, Founders, and Hiring Managers.
- Present JobsMato's recruitment services and value proposition.
- Convert prospects into long-term recruitment clients.
Business Development
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Understand client hiring requirements and propose suitable recruitment solutions.
- Negotiate commercials and close recruitment partnership agreements.
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
Market Research
- Identify high-growth companies with continuous hiring needs.
- Track industry hiring trends and competitor activities.
- Build a database of potential clients across multiple sectors.
CRM & Reporting
- Update all sales activities in the CRM.
- Maintain records of calls, meetings, proposals, and follow-ups.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- New clients acquired per month
- Qualified meetings scheduled
- Recruitment partnership agreements signed
- Revenue generated
- Monthly billing achieved
- Client retention rate
- Proposal conversion ratio

Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–5 years of experience in B2B Sales, Recruitment Sales, HR Consulting, Staffing, or Business Development.
- Experience in recruitment consultancy sales or HR solutions will be preferred.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience in cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting.
- Understanding of recruitment and staffing services.
- Ability to work independently and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
