We are looking for a confident, energetic and communication-focused Telecaller to join our college admissions team.
The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective students and parents, understanding their educational requirements, providing information about courses and programs, scheduling campus visits or counselling sessions, and following up on enquiries to support the admissions process.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents regarding admissions.
- Respond to incoming admission enquiries and provide accurate information.
- Explain courses, programs, eligibility criteria, facilities, career opportunities and the admission process.
- Understand students' academic interests and requirements.
- Guide students and parents towards suitable courses or programs.
- Follow up regularly with interested students and parents.
- Schedule and coordinate campus visits and counselling appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, follow-ups and admissions.
- Convert genuine enquiries into counselling sessions, campus visits and admissions.
- Handle student and parent questions professionally and escalate complex queries to the concerned team.
- Maintain positive and professional relationships with prospective students and parents.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly calling and admission targets.
- Coordinate with the admissions, counselling and college administration teams.
Educational Qualification
- Intermediate (10+2) qualified candidates can apply.
- Degree-qualified candidates are preferred.
- Candidates from any educational background can apply.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
- Prior experience in telecalling, counselling, sales or admissions will be an added advantage.
