Job Title: Business Development Executive / Lead – IT Recruitment / Full Time
- We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive with 3– 7 years of experience in IT Recruitment Sales and Client Acquisition for the Indian market.
- Drive the complete business development lifecycle from lead generation, prospecting, cold calling, client meetings, proposal submission, negotiation, and onboarding new clients.
- Identify and acquire new clients for IT Permanent Hiring, Contract Staffing, and Project-Based Recruitment services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CHROs, Hiring Managers, Talent Acquisition Heads, Delivery Managers, and Business Leaders across organizations.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of the latest technology stacks including AI/GenAI, Cloud, Data Engineering, Salesforce, ERP, Cybersecurity, Java, .NET, and Digital Technologies.
- Work independently as an Individual Contributor with complete ownership of revenue generation and monthly business targets.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of client requirements while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Possess excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills with a strong go-getter attitude.
- Ideal candidates should be self-driven, target-oriented professionals with a passion for business growth, client engagement, and long-term relationship building.
