POSITION SUMMARY
The Marketing Team Lead / Manager will lead all digital marketing operations across FlooringMart.com, MichaelFlooringUSA.com, MichaelSurfaceSolutions.com and upcoming website and APPs. You will manage your own strategy and implement the digital promotions across platform like SEO, social media, email, and content marketing, and be accountable for organic traffic growth, lead generation, and brand visibility across all the existing and upcoming products & projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy & Leadership
- Own and execute the digital marketing strategy across all three brands with a shared-team, split-focus model
- Manage, mentor, and coordinate India based up-coming a team of marketing specialists
- Report weekly to the Principal and Delivery Manager with KPI dashboards, campaign performance, and recommendation
- Prioritize marketing efforts based on revenue potential of the existing & upcoming application like e-commerce, local retail , and commercial B2B
- Build and maintain a shared content calendar covering all three brands
- Identify and implement AI-powered marketing tools to improve team efficiency and output quality
SEO & Organic Growth
- Oversee SEO strategy across all three websites including technical SEO, on-page optimization, and content strategy
- Drive FlooringMart.com toward top rankings for commercial and residential flooring keywords nationally
- Manage local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization for MichaelFlooringUSA.com and MSS in the Bakersfield and California markets
- Monitor rankings, traffic, and conversion data using Google Analytics 4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console
Lead Generation & Conversion
- Build and optimize lead capture funnels for all existing brands, product and projects based on USA & global Market
- Design and optimize landing pages, CTAs, and inquiry forms to increase conversion rates
- Analyze customer journey data and implement improvements to reduce cost per lead
Content & Social Media
- Oversee content production for blogs, resource pages, product descriptions, and social media across all three brands
- Supervise social media team member managing Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube
Email Marketing
- Oversee email marketing programs for our existing products & upcoming projects (abandoned cart, promotions, customer nurture) and (bid follow-up, contractor outreach)
- Manage Klaviyo or Mailchimp account setup, list segmentation, and automation workflows
Reporting & Analytics
- Build and maintain monthly KPI dashboards covering organic traffic, lead volume, conversion rates, and social engagement for all three brands
- Present actionable insights and recommendations directly to the Principal
- Track and report on ROI across all marketing channels
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 5–8 years of digital marketing experience with at least 2 years in a team lead or manager role
- Proven experience marketing to U.S. consumers — e-commerce, retail, home improvement, construction, or related industries preferred
- Experience managing multi-brand or multi-location digital marketing operations
- Strong track record of increasing organic traffic, lead generation, and conversion rates with measurable data
- Experience with Magento, Shopify, or WooCommerce platforms preferred
- Comfortable managing remote team members and coordinating across time zones
TOOLS & PLATFORMS
- SEO: SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics 4
- Email: Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or HubSpot
- Social: Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Pinterest Business, YouTube Studio
- CMS: WordPress, Magento, Shopify
- AI Tools: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity — for content creation, GEO optimization, and workflow automation
- Design: Canva (required), Figma or Adobe Creative Suite (preferred)
- Project Management: Asana, Trello, Notion, or equivalent
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Google Analytics 4 Certification preferred
- Google Ads or HubSpot Certification preferred
SUCCESS METRICS — FIRST YEAR
- Increase combined organic traffic across all three websites by 80% or more
- Generate consistent monthly lead flow for MSS commercial bids and FlooringMart product inquiries
- Build and manage a functioning 3-person shared marketing team
- Establish brand presence on social media for all three companies
- Launch email marketing automations for FlooringMart and MSS

WORK HOURS
Partial overlap with U.S. Pacific Time (PT) required, approximately 4 to 5 hours per day between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM PT (10:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST). Flexible on exact schedule; core availability for weekly leadership calls is required.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
