As our Warranty Techician, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experience by providing technical field support, driving effective failure analysis, and ensuring timely warranty resolution for hydraulic systems and applications across India.
You will help customers maximize equipment uptime through rapid troubleshooting, evidence-based warranty assessment, and effective containment actions. By identifying root causes, supporting quality improvements, and enabling successful product performance in the field, you will strengthen customer trust, reduce recurring issues, and contribute to continuous product and process improvement.
You’ll collaborate with Customer Quality, Application Engineering, Product Application Engineering, Plant Quality, Manufacturing teams, and customers while taking ownership of field failure analysis, warranty management, customer support activities, and technical problem resolution, helping us move toward a more reliable, customer-centric, and quality-driven future.
