Job Summary
Systacare Remedies is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Billing Operator to manage billing, inventory, sales coordination, and dispatch operations. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Busy Accounting Software and capable of ensuring smooth order processing, stock management, and timely dispatch of goods.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate sales invoices, purchase bills, credit notes, and debit notes using Busy Accounting Software.
- Maintain accurate stock records and perform regular stock reconciliation.
- Record inward and outward inventory transactions and monitor stock levels.
- Process customer orders and ensure accurate billing.
- Coordinate with the sales team to prepare quotations, sales orders, and invoices.
- Manage dispatch activities, including preparing dispatch documents, e-way bills (if applicable), packing lists, and transport documentation.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely dispatch of orders.
- Track dispatched orders and update customers or the sales team on delivery status.
- Maintain customer and vendor records in the billing system.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly billing, sales, dispatch, and stock reports.
- Assist in GST-related billing documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Perform other operational tasks as assigned by management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in billing, inventory management, sales support, or dispatch operations.
- Proficiency in Busy Accounting Software.
- Good knowledge of stock maintenance and inventory control.
- Basic understanding of GST and accounting procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other computer applications.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
