About the Role
VigoCare is in a high-growth phase and we need a TA Partner who doesn't just fill roles — but owns the entire recruitment engine. You will work directly with CXOs and senior stakeholders, hire across functions (sales, customer support, marketing, support, clinical, ops, service delivery & tech), and build pipelines that stay ahead of our growth curve. This role demands someone who is fast, sharp, stress-tested, and deeply familiar with the healthcare talent ecosystem.
What You Will Own
- End-to-end recruitment ownership — from JD to joining
- Partner with CXOs & senior leadership on critical and strategic hires
- Hire across healthcare sales, customer support, marketing, ops & tech roles
- Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for both technical & non-technical roles
- Conduct pulse surveys to gauge hiring health, candidate experience & stakeholder satisfaction
- Drive stakeholder management — align hiring managers, set expectations, deliver outcomes
- Own offer management, negotiation, and onboarding closures
- Manage multiple open positions simultaneously under tight timelines
- Track and report recruitment metrics: TAT, quality of hire, pipeline health, offer ratios
- Optimise sourcing channels — referrals, direct sourcing, portals, headhunting
Must-Have Profile
- 5+ years as a TA Partner / Recruiter — healthcare industry / start up organisation is mandatory
- Proven experience hiring for healthcare sales, support & clinical functions
- Strong track record of CXO-level stakeholder interactions
- Hands-on with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter & sourcing tools
- Demonstrated ability to close roles under aggressive timelines
- Experience in high-growth or fast-paced startup environments preferred
- Excellent communication — written, verbal & executive presence
- Graduate / PG in HR, Business or related field

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
