Role Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Business Development Intern (BDE) who can boost product sales, increase exposure, and effectively communicate the value of our offerings to potential customers.
The ideal candidate will have experience in product sales, excellent client communication skills, and the ability to manage pre-sales inquiries and product demos.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Responsibilities:
- Respond to pre-sales inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
- Understand and address technical concerns and questions from potential customers.
- Conduct live product demos, highlighting features and benefits tailored to the client’s requirements.
- Guide customers through the sales process, highlighting the features and benefits of our products.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience from initial contact through purchase.
- Resolve customer orders, purchase, refund, upgrade, and downgrade related queries.
- Collaborate with the technical team to resolve any complex issues or concerns.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate with customers.
- Product Exposure & Promotion:
- Identify and list our products on relevant platforms and marketplaces to maximize reach.
- Actively promote products across multiple channels to increase visibility and sales.
- Conduct outreach to relevant websites, blogs, and influencers to promote our products and secure backlinks.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to strategize and execute promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with the content team to create link-worthy content.
Qualifications:
- Skills:
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Academic background in software/IT or relevant work experience in the software/IT industry.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or technical support.
- Basic understanding of SEO and link building strategies.
- Ability to understand and explain technical products to non-technical customers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.

Salary:
- Salary (Full-time job): ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000 per month based on job position and skill set
- Intern Stipend: ₹6,000 per month
Other Terms:
- 1.5 Year of job bond
- 3 months of probation period
- 2 months of notice period
- Work From Home will only be provided in the Pandemic situation.
