Digital Marketing Executive :
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing professional who can plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across digital platforms to drive leads, conversions, and measurable business growth. This role is focused on paid media, analytics, and funnel optimization rather than organic social media handling.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, execute, and scale paid campaigns across:
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Optimize campaigns for lead generation, conversions, and ROI
- Perform audience targeting, retargeting, and funnel optimization
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, copies, and landing pages
- Monitor and improve key metrics:
- CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS
- Build and manage lead funnels:
- Landing pages
- WhatsApp/API integrations
- Retargeting journeys
- Analyze campaign performance and share:
- Weekly reports
- Insights & actionable recommendations
- Coordinate with creative team for:
- Ad creatives
- Copies
- Video requirements
- Implement basic SEO & tracking setup:
- Google Analytics
- Pixel tracking
- Conversion tracking
Requirements :
- 2–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Meta Ads Manager (mandatory)
- Google Ads (preferred)
- Good understanding of:
- Conversion funnels
- Lead generation strategies
- Retargeting & remarketing
- Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision making
- Basic understanding of:
- Landing page optimization
- Tracking tools (Google Analytics, Pixel, Tag Manager)
- Good copywriting skills (performance-focused; English required, Hindi preferred)

Salary :
₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month
