Position Title: General Manager
Job Description:
We have a vacancy for a Branch Manager who can manage branch activities, help grow the business, lead the sales and counseling team, and deliver exceptional customer service. The perfect candidate should be able to help meet branch goals, manage a team, and deliver excellent branch performance.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage branch operations and employees on a daily basis.
- Drive sales and meet branch revenue goals.
- Manage team performance through training and supervision.
- Ensure high standards of customer service.
- Develop strategies that can attract new customers and generate sales.
- Prepare and submit necessary reports.
Education Qualifications:
- Bachelors' Degree desirable.
- Good interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
- Prior experience in immigration or overseas studies would be advantageous.
- Excellent managerial abilities and experience of dealing with targets.
Work Experience: 3-7 years in the same field.
