Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete operations on the GeM Portal, including company registration, product/service catalog management, bid participation, order processing, and post-order activities.
- Identify and evaluate relevant GeM tenders and bidding opportunities.
- Prepare, review, and submit technical and commercial bid documents within stipulated timelines.
- Handle reverse auctions, bidding strategies, and tender documentation.
- Coordinate with government departments, ministries, PSUs, and other statutory authorities for approvals, documentation, and business-related matters.
- Manage liaisoning activities for licenses, permits, statutory approvals, and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure timely submission of all documents required for tenders and government procurement.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Finance, Operations, and Legal for smooth execution of government orders.
- Monitor purchase orders, delivery schedules, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of bids, contracts, correspondence, and compliance documents.
- Keep updated with changes in GeM policies, government procurement guidelines, and tender regulations.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
