You will also engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the applications meet the needs of stakeholders while adhering to best practices in software development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Mainframe Modernization.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies.
- Experience with programming languages relevant to mainframe systems.
- Familiarity with modern development tools and frameworks.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Integrates AI/GenAI capabilities to enhance solution outcomes and productivity.
- Leverages AI agents and intelligent automation for process efficiency and scalability.
- Applies generative AI technologies across solution design and delivery
