We are looking for a hybrid Technical Data Analyst to bridge the gap between our physical Component Verification Lab, operational data, and our software engineering team. In this role, you will not just look at dashboards—you will deeply understand how our hardware engineers test components, analyze lab capacity, and act as the "Product Owner" to help software developers build custom lab automation, inventory, and scheduling tools.
Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
-
Lab Data & Capacity Analysis: Analyze test execution times, equipment utilization rates, and bottlenecks to optimize lab capacity planning
-
Requirements Gathering: Shadow Component Verification Engineers to map out physical lab workflows (bring-up, testing, inventory) and identify software gaps
-
Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive BI dashboards tracking lab KPIs, project timelines, and equipment downtime for engineering leadership
-
Process Automation: Identify opportunities to automate manual data collection processes between lab equipment logs and operational software
-
Agentic AI Implementation: Identify opportunities where AI agents can autonomously make decisions, such as auto-scheduling test benches based on priority or auto-ordering component inventory when thresholds are low
-
Interface for global and local CV labs to IT R&D:
-
New Development:
-
Main interface to other CV labs in consolidating new lab tool requirements and driving for new software solution with IT RDI
-
Collaborate with IT RDI for development of new tools and improvement of existing tools for CV organization
-
Collaborate with IT RDI during lab software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance
-
Responsible for performing activities for new tool testing after deployment
-
Stay up-to-date with IT RDI on upcoming lab solutions, industry trends and best practices in lab environment
-
Interface for global and local CV labs to IT R&D:

-
Project Management Tools: Experience working alongside software developers using tools like Jira, Confluence, Git, or Azure DevOps to manage technical requirements
-
Process/Workflow Mapping: Strong ability and experience in creating workflow diagrams explaining physical lab processes to software engineers
-
Lab Familiarity: Prior experience working in or closely with a hardware, electronics, semiconductor, or component verification lab environment
-
Scripting (added advantage): Python skills to parse raw hardware logfiles or automate data ingestion pipeline, data cleaning, statistical modeling, and automation
-
AI & Automation Frameworks (added advantage): Familiarity with Agentic AI concepts, LLM orchestration tools (e.g., Lang Chain, Llama Index), or AI agent workflows to help developers build autonomous lab tools
-
Cross-Functional Communication: Ability to speak "hardware engineering" with the lab team, "data/metrics" with management, and "code/APIs" with software developers
