Job Summary
A Project Manager for Building Material Products is responsible for planning, developing, launching, and managing construction and building material products
Key Responsibilities
- Manage product development from concept to market launch
- Coordinate with contractors, builders, consultants, architects, and project owners.
- Coordinate with R&D, production, quality control, sales, and marketing teams
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of work.
- Ensure products meet industry standards and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with sales, dispatch, production, and technical departments.
- Work with contractors, architects, consultants, and distributors.
- Maintain project safety, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Track product performance and implement improvements.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for future business opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- Additional certification in Project Management will be an advantage.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of construction chemicals, adhesives, waterproofing, grouts, concrete admixtures, or related building materials.
- Project planning and management.
- Product development and commercialization.
- Budget and risk management.
- Technical and commercial understanding.
