Job Description:
The Fire and Safety Officer is responsible for ensuring the safety and compliance of workplace environments by implementing fire safety programs and emergency response procedures. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement fire safety policies and procedures.
- Lead and coordinate fire drills and safety training for employees.

- Stay updated on fire safety regulations and standards to ensure compliance.
- Provide advice and training on emergency response procedures and evacuation plans.
Skills and Tools Required:
- Strong knowledge of fire safety regulations and standards (NFPA, OSHA).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to develop and deliver effective training sessions.

- Strong communication skills for conveying safety information to staff.
