Customer Success Executive

factoHR is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Success Executive to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain MIS reports and customer databases
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly management reports
- Handle customer communication, follow-ups, and feedback calls
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client concerns
- Share reports and customer insights with senior management
- Track customer satisfaction and maintain accurate documentation
Required Skills:
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (MIS reporting, formulas, data analysis)
- Good communication and client-handling abilities
- Cold calling and follow-up experience
- Strong logical thinking and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and multitasking ability
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
- 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred
Preferred Traits:
- Proactive and responsible approach
- Good English communication
- Strong organizational and time management skills
