About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Rodium Service Technician to join our jewellery manufacturing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in rhodium plating, jewellery finishing, polishing, and quality control, ensuring premium finishing standards for fine jewellery pieces.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality rhodium plating on gold, silver, and other jewellery products.
- Prepare jewellery pieces for plating through cleaning, polishing, and surface treatment.
- Monitor plating solutions and maintain plating equipment.
- Ensure consistency in colour, shine, and finishing quality.
- Conduct quality inspections before and after plating.
- Follow safety standards and best practices in chemical handling.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams to meet delivery timelines.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in rhodium plating and jewellery finishing.
- Strong knowledge of plating processes, chemicals, and equipment.
- Experience handling gold, silver, and diamond jewellery.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
