About the Role
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Assistant Architect with experience in hospitality projects such as hotels, resorts, restaurants, and commercial hospitality spaces. The ideal candidate should be proficient in architectural drafting, design support, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare architectural drawings, plans, elevations, and detailed construction documents.
Assist senior architects in the design and execution of hospitality projects.
Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and project teams.
Modify and update drawings based on project requirements.
Support project documentation, presentations, and reporting.
Ensure designs comply with project specifications and standards.
Required Skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory)
Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
Strong command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good understanding of architectural drawings and detailing.
Experience working on hospitality projects is preferred.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Architecture or related field.
Relevant experience in architectural drafting and design support.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in hotel, resort, restaurant, or hospitality-related projects.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
