Key Responsibilities:
▪ Opening and closing the office daily and ensuring proper management of office systems such as lights, AC, and equipment.
▪ Maintaining cleanliness and overall upkeep of the office premises.
▪ Serving tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
▪ Attending to clients/guests in a professional manner.
▪ Handling incoming and outgoing couriers, mails, and documents.
▪ Handling in filing, photocopying, scanning, and maintaining office records.
▪ Performing field errands including banking work, document delivery, and purchasing office supplies.
▪ Monitoring and maintaining office stationery and pantry inventory.
▪ Ensure the filing room is properly arranged, organized, and maintained at all times.
▪ Make sure all electrical systems, computers, and office equipment are cleaned regularly.
▪ Maintain cleanliness of glass windows, doors, tables, cabins, and other office furniture.
▪ Attend to the Promoter/Management whenever required, including arranging lunch, dinner, refreshments, and handling day-to-day personal or official coordination work.
▪ Supporting day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
Key Competencies:
1. Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass (Graduate preferred).
2. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Attention to detail, Coordination with team members.
4. Capable of maintaining professional relationships and appropriate workplace conduct with team members at all times.
5. Professional behavior and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
