The Club Sales Executive is responsible for driving membership sales, promoting club services, and building strong relationships with potential and existing members. The role involves achieving sales targets, conducting club tours, handling inquiries, and ensuring excellent customer service to maximize member satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new membership leads through calls, referrals, walk-ins, and marketing activities.
- Promote club memberships, packages, and facilities to prospective clients.
- Conduct club tours and explain membership benefits and services.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management.
- Follow up with prospective members to close sales opportunities.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Coordinate with operations and front office teams to ensure a smooth member experience.
- Organize promotional activities, events, and campaigns to increase memberships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing members to encourage renewals and referrals

- Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in sales, hospitality, fitness clubs, or membership sales is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling experience preferred.
